Kyoto, Tsumago and Matsumoto 2Days
Day1 .Tokyo - Kyoto
Depart early from Tokyo by bullet train and arrive in Kyoto in just over 2 hours. Once Japan’s capital, Kyoto is famous for its history, preserved culture, and beautiful landmarks.
Visit top sights including:
Fushimi Inari Shrine with its thousands of red gates
The Imperial Palace
Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion), surrounded by stunning gardens
Later, stroll through Gion, Kyoto’s traditional geisha district.
Enjoy some free time before heading back.
Day2 Kyoto -Tsumago - Matsumoto - Tokyo
Travel through scenic countryside to Tsumago, one of Japan’s most beautiful traditional villages. Enjoy free time to explore, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.
Next, visit Matsumoto Castle, a striking 16th-century fortress known as “The Crow” for its black exterior. After some free time in town, we’ll return to Tokyo by evening.
