      RESTRICTIONS

      After your reservation is confirmed, the tour operator will send you the driver's contact information 2 days before the tour date.

      We will deliver you to your hotel in Kyoto city.

       

      REQUIREMENTS

      We will pick you up according to the flight's arrival time. If your arrives early or is delayed, we will check the flight's status and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

      On the day of your arrival, the driver will be waiting at the exit holding a sign with the representative's name on it.

       

      REQUIRED ITEMS TO BRING & ATTIRE

      Please present your e-voucher to the driver on the day of your reservation.

      We use legally operated vehicles with green licenses, and all passengers, including children, must be counted for.

      Please select the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and amount of luggage.

      Vehicle Personnel and Luggage Limitations:

      7 seater vehicle: Maximum 5 adult passengers. The trunk accomodates 4 pieces of luggage up to 24 inches (inclusive), plus 1 additional piece foe each additional passenger.
