    Cancellation without notice:

    +100% of cancellation fee On the day of participation date

    + 50% of cancellation fee Up to 1 day prior to the participation date

    + 30% of cancellation fee between 1 and 6 days prior to the participation date

    *Please note that the course may be changed or cancelled due to ocean and weather conditions (typhoons, etc.).

    *No cancellation fee will be charged if the activity is canceled by the activity. In such cases, the activity supplier will proceed irregular cancellation to refund on behalf of the customer, please do not cancel directly from the system since a cancellation fee will be automatically charged.

    • There is no exclusive parking lot for The Kobe Cruise customers, so please use the general parking lot. The "umie" parking lot is free for 3 hours on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends and holidays. Additional fees apply for other parking lots
