10:45-12:15 Amanoiwato Shrine Nishi Hongu /Amanoyasu Dry River Bed
Amanoiwato Shrine is linked to Amaterasu Omikami, the sun goddess who hid in a cave after a dispute with her brother Susanoo. A short walk from the shrine leads to Amanoyasu Riverbed, where countless gods are said to have gathered to bring her out.
