    1. Arrive at the store at your reservation time and confirm your booking at the reception desk.
    2. Choose your Kimono and any optional accessories. Any extra items can be paid for locally.
    3. Change into your Kimono and store your luggage. We can also help you with a hairdo.
    4. Use the sandals selection to find the perfect match for your Kimono.
    5. Check in with our reception staff before leaving the store. 6. Enjoy your day out in your stunning Kimono!

    How much time is usually required to change clothes?
    →It may take 1 to 1.5 hours or longer due to congestion.
     
    What is the procedure for returning the kimono the next day?
    →If you return the kimono the following day, there will be a charge of 550 yen per person on-site. (Business hours are from 9:30 to 17:00).
     
    Is it safe to try it out if I'm pregnant or have a chronic illness?
    →The kimono is not suitable for pregnant women or those with chronic illnesses due to tightness around the stomach area.

    • Cancel Policy

      No fee will be charged from the reservation confirmation date until 5 days before the participation date at 23:59 local time. From 23:59 local time, 5 days before the participation date, until 23:59 local time, 2 days before the participation date, 50% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations are not allowed after 23:59 local time on 2 days before the scheduled participation date.

      *Please ensure the kimono is returned by 5:00 PM on the same day. *The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or those with chronic illnesses due to the tightness of the kimono around the stomach area.

      RESTRICTIONS

      If you intend to wear a Japanese kimono, please note that it may feel tight around the stomach area. For this reason, we kindly ask that individuals whom a doctor has advised due to a chronic illness or those currently pregnant refrain from wearing it. We appreciate your understanding.

      Please return the kimono by 5:00 PM on the same day.

      Wearing a kimono can put pressure on the stomach area; hence, it is not recommended for pregnant customers to participate.

       

      REQUIREMENTS

      Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before your reservation. The experience will start on time, even if you're late.

      It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours from arrival to finishing dressing and departing for a walk. Depending on the crowd, you may have to wait.

      A hair setting service is included for women, but additional hair irons or accessories can be rented on-site for 1,650 yen/person.

       

      REQUIRED ITEMS TO BRING & ATTIRE

      Zori sandals may cause chafing, so we recommend wearing alternative footwear if you plan to do a lot of walking.

      The back of the kimono is open, so it's best to wear an inner layer without a closed neck.
