When is the Reception open ?
How big are the beds ?
All beds in all room types are the same Standard Single bed size.
Are there cleaning staff on site ?
Yes, cleaning staff will service all of the common spaces 5 times a week.
Is it possible to book just a few nights, instead of using a hotel ?
No, our initial contract term is fixed at 8-weeks and cannot be shortened.
Do you have a car park?
No, there is no car parking available on site, though there is a coin parking lot located adjacent to KAMIKITA HOUSE.
Can you smoke in the building?
The smoking area is located on the 8F rooftop with 24-hour access. There is no smoking permitted inside the building.
Do residents have mail boxes and access to delivery lockers?
There are mail boxes fitted with combination locks for each room located inside the building, but we do not have delivery lockers. There are available at a nearbyconvenience store.
Are there laundry facilities within the building?
